Lift Technician/Installer
We currently have the following rolls available;
As the Lift Technician; you will be responsible for, maintaining, and repairing lifts on a daily bases along with minor repairs and installing the likes of auto-diallers and GSM units . Day-to-day tasks include performing field services, troubleshooting issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and consistently meeting safety and regulatory standards. You will also interact with customers, providing excellent customer service and communication throughout the process. Upon a completed lift installation you may be tasked to get the lift operational before becoming involved in the commissioning and CE marking of the lift which will be done by others. Long term plan would be to take you from NVQ3 to NVQ4.
Lift Installer: experience in lift installations essential to consist of platform, Hybrid; Passenger lift experience an advantage. Training provided to competent experienced installers.
Qualifications

Field Service, Troubleshooting, and Maintenance skills, NVQ3

Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction skills

Strong Communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team

Experience with lift or elevator systems is necessary.

Technical certifications or relevant qualifications in the field are a plus

The ability to remain flexible at all times.
Salary: Attractive package to include Van, pension contributions, 24 days annual leave plus stats.
Installer, starting salary from £30K, experience dependant. Technician, £50-£60K.
